TRANSPORTATION
The competitors must provide transportation. Privately owned vehicles are permitted at the rifle range only in designated public parking areas.

CHECK IN - SIGN IN IN
All competitors and guest must stop at the visiting center at the main gate to sign in. Visitor passes will be issued by the PMO gate sentries. Please allow sufficient time to check in. Due to security, all competitors and guest must be on a guest list prior to entry. You will be asked to provide your driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of vehicle insurance. If you have any problems call the Range Headquarters at (760) 830- 6879 for assistance.

BILLETING
DoD and Civil Service personnel desiring quarters should make reservations by contacting the Combat Center Billeting Officer at (760) 830-7375 or the Temporary Lodging Facility Manager at (760) 830- 6583. The DSN prefix for the Combat Center is 230.
Billeting is limited and we cannot guarantee availability. Space is available at the Range complex for self-contained recreational vehicles. There are no RV hookups. There are rest room facilities aboard the range. Please keep the range clean. What you bring in must be disposed of properly.

PARKING
No vehicles will be allowed to park down range. Equipment may be staged at the 300 yard line, but the vehicle must then be moved and parked adjacent to the range office. Tactical vehicles may park in the area adjacent to the 600 yard line. The range assumes NO responsibility for parked vehicles.

REFRESHMENTS
Drinks will be sold by MTU personnel. Proceeds from the sales towards future shooting competitions.




LIABILITY
The US Gov. and the High Desert Competitive Shooting Club accept no responsibility for injuries to competitors or spectators while engaged in tournaments about this installation. Additionally, all civilian competitors and guest must sign a “Hold Harmless: agreement at the time of Match registration.




GENERAL RULES and ENTRY INFORMATION

All firing will be conducted in accordance with the current edition of the NRA High Power Rifle Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
All junior competitors must be either a member of the NRA or member of an NRA-affiliated club.

CLASSIFICATION
The NRA classification system will be used in all matches.

TARGETS
300yd (MR63FC), 500yd (MR65FC), 600yd (MR1FC)

AMMUNITION
Competitors are required to furnish their own ammunition for all matches.

SIGHTING SHOTS
Unlimited sighting shots will be allowed for all shot matches. Sighting shots are taken in the prone position.

SCORING

Competitors will perform score keeping functions. The last relay will score the 1st, the 1st relay will score the 2nd, etc... Any competitor failing to perform scoring duties may be disqualified and entry fees will be forfeited.

OPEN BOLT INDICATOR
An NRA approved open bolt indicator is required to be used by all competitive shooters. (Rule 3.21) Open bolt indicators will be available for sale for $1.00 each at the center of the line.

POSITION
Position will be in accordance with Rule 3.4.1b of the NRA High Power Rifle Rule Book.

TARGET PULLERS
Will be provided.


ENTRY FORM
Please use the official entry form or a copy (page 5). Make sure your NRA membership number is recorded on the form. Circle the events that you wish to fire. Mark your correct NRA Long Range and NRA High Power classifications. Entry fees will be paid in cash only at the MTU Range House and receipts will be issued.

ENTRY LIMIT
200 Competitors (4 Relays).

ENTRY FEES
Package (F-Class/High Power) - Matches (1-4, 6-13)………………...$35.00 per person
Team Matches (5, 15, 16). ..............................................................…..$60.00 per Team
NRA individual and team fees are included in match fees.

TEAM ENTRIES

Team entries will be registered at the stat-office by the team captains. Teams will consist of four firing members. A team captain must be named (Rule 12.1).

PICKUP TEAMS
Per Rule 2.10 scores will not be eligible for awards or National Records.

“Entries will be accepted from “Pick-Up” team (teams whose members are selected without regard to club or other organizational affiliation). Pickup team will be eligible for all awards, but per Rule 2.10 scores will not be eligible for National Records”.

Match description and awards

2015 MCAGCC DieSeL Classic

All mid-range matches will be shot at the same time, as the course of fire for each is identical. The shooter must ensure he/ she has the correct score card and is filled out properly.

MATCH 1 – 300 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 300 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 2 – 500 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 500 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 3 -– 600 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 600 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 4 –Mid-Range Agg / 60 Shots, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Mid-Range 60 shot Aggregate, slow fire prone, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. An aggregate from matches 1, 2 and 3. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 5 –Team Match Agg, 300, 500, 600 yards/ 240 rounds F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. This is a team match that consist F-Class Open, TR/ HP. Each team must consist of 4 firing members, plaques will be awarded to the team with the highest score from 240 rounds (60 per member) in a time limit of 83 minutes at each yard line with unlimited sighters at the 300, 500, 600 yard lines.

MATCH 6 – 300 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 300 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 7 – 300 yard Agg./40 rounds F-Class Open, TR/High Power.
Mach consists of Match 1, and Match 6 aggregates. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 8 – 500 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 500 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.


MATCH 9 – 500 yard Agg./40 rounds F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Mach consists of Match 2, and Match 8 aggregates. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 10 – 600 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Unlimited sighters, 20 rounds for record at the 600 yard line, prone position within 25 minute time limit. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 11 – 600 yard Agg./40 rounds F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Mach consists of Match 3, and Match 10 aggregates. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 12 – Mid-Range Agg / 60 Shots, F-Class Open TR/ High Power
Mid-Range 60 shot Aggregate, slow fire prone, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. An aggregate from matches 4, 5, and 6.

MATCH 13 –Mid-Range Grand Agg / 120 Shots, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power.
Mid-Range 120 shot Aggregate, slow fire prone, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. An aggregate from all Individual matches. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 14 –High Junior, Grand Agg / 120 Shots, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power
Mid-Range 120 shot Aggregate, slow fire prone, F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. An aggregate from all Individual matches. Match winner will receive a plaque.

MATCH 15 – Team Match, 500 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. This is a team match that consists F-Class Open, TR/ HP. Each team must consist of 4 firing members, plaques will be awarded to the team with the highest score from 80 rounds (20 per member) in a time limit of 103 minutes with unlimited sighters at 500 yards.

MATCH 16 – Team Match, 600 yard F-Class Open, TR/ High Power. This is a team match that consists F-Class Open, TR/ HP. Each team must consist of 4 firing members, plaques will be awarded to the team with the highest score from 80 rounds (20 per member) in a time limit of 103 minutes with unlimited sighters at 600 yards.

B. In consideration for being permitted to participate in any match sponsored or supported by the National Rifle Association (NRA) I hereby agree to:

1. Be bound by the NRA Competition Rules and Regulations;

2. Waive any claim against the NRA and any organization sponsoring or supporting the match for any personal injury, loss, or damage that I might suffer in connection with the match, and

3. Indemnify and hold harmless the NRA and any organization sponsoring or supporting the match from any claim of a third party arising from any negligent or wrongful conduct by me.
