284 win neck diameter

I am having a 284 barrel done that has .190fb and a .317 neck. Looking at either using Winchester or Peterson brass. I know I will have to turn them some. But with a .317 neck what loaded round neck diameter should I be trying to get. Any help would be great thank you !!
Mt.Boy,
The current Peterson Winchester.284 brass that is unturned has a loaded diameter of .316”. The PTG F open chamber reamer measures at .320” with a free bore dimension for the 180gr. Berger’s. Just something to consider..

I think the math is off a bit earlier in the thread. .317 minus. 005 is .312

I run a .315 neck and my loaded rounds are .310

You'll need to turn the Peterson for sure, and it's damn good quality brass. My loaded rounds are coming in at .3165 and I went with a .321 neck as I hate neck turning. Oh yes, I run a .188 freebore and can jump the 184gr hybrids no problem.
