.284 Win in a long action, OAL?

Trying to figure out what a average OAL would be for a .284 Win with 180 Berger Hybrids in a long action?

3.244 OAL, 2.512 base to ojive. I use 56.4 of 4831sc.
This produces 2855 @ 90 deg. at 400ft elevation. Be sure & work up to this load. I use this combination in my non sanctioned [outlaw] matches. Works great. Shot a hog at 750 yds. with it. Very good combination.

Its a really hard to give a good answer on average oal because of all the different throat lengths that are used. The action length doesn't really matter besides the fact that if its a repeater you could load it longer and still fit the mag. Best to just buy the tools to measure seating in your chamber and have piece of mind that you know where you are in comparison to the rifling.

My current OAL is 3.212 with a .188" freebore. That represents a .015" jump.

I'm trying to figure out how much extra case volume (velocity) I can get with a long action over a short action in .284 WIN. Everything is still on the drawing board, nothing has been built.
