.284 Win .200 Mark

Fixen to order a .284 reamer for F-Class running the 180's. Got a question on the .200 mark on the reamer. Going to run the lapua brass and was wondering if there standard spec is okay for the lapua brass. The standard spec I got to review is .5010 from JGS. Planning on running the redding S die. Just don't know if there is a difference between the norma brass spec VS Lapua brass at the .200. Thanks Bill

I would just tell Cary what brass you plan to use. He will know. My first 284 reamer was set up for Winchester brass and was 0.4991 at the 0.2 mark. My latest one was made for Lapua and works well. I am at work and don't have a copy though. I asked Cary to make it a few ten-thousandths bigger at the 0.200 line on that one just to make sure I didn't have any click at the top of the bolt stroke. I don't and it works great.
