.284 short action build

I know I’m not the first to do this but I have a lot of questions and I cannot seem to find the answers I’m looking for.
I’m looking to put together a .284 Win Short Action 700. So far this is what I have in mind.

Trued blueprinted 700 Action from PTG
Criterion Rem/age barrel from Northland
Grayboe Terrain Stock

With out getting to far into the details, the Criterion barrel comes in a match chamber. I’m worried about the OAL restriction of the short action and the match chamber. I’m looking to shoot 140 to 150 gr bullets. If I decide to shoot something bigger from the bench I can single shot load it. This will be a hunting gun but anything less than half moa will be unacceptable.

I have been looking at the Bainey and Wyatt’s internal box mags but I believe in able to use them to the full advantage you must machine the bottom of the action? Is this the case or am I wrong? Would I be better off to go with a DBM?

This is my first at home rifle build. I have done a hand full of AR type rifles but never a bolt gun. I have been doing months of research and trying to learn what I can before I have a pile of parts in front of me only to decide I bought the wrong stuff.

Sorry that was pretty long winded.

To use the wyatts box you have to machine the bottom of the receiver. I do think with the extra coal gained it is worth it. It's all preference but imo I like a BDL setup for hunting but some prefer a dbm setup.
