I have never heard of RL22 being used in the 284. I have burned out a dozen 284 barrels and have never tried that one. 4831sc looks like it might be a better choice. In any event, my QL model indicates you will be under max pressure with a load density of 102.5%. with those bullets. If you are going to try it, start low and work up a charge weight ladder. If QL is correct, you wont find it before running out of room in the case.
