The brass is fine, measure a fired case at the 200 before and after you size to see how much your moving it.. If your not budging try another die. A smith could possibly open the 200 slightly with a light sand .. But the proper fix is matching chamber to die...Im guessin this brass is un salvageable/work hardened, or would a proper die fix it?
Worth a try if they made one...Do they make a small base die for this calibre ? would that possibility work?

That will not help at the datum line.Send fired brass to Whidden and get a custom die for that reamer if your gonna shoot more barrels chambered with same reamer
Why not? Their custom dies size 2k under body dimensions. Based off your fired casesThat will not help at the datum line.
Can you post a pic of your brass ? Thank You. JimmyAbout 4-6 firings and my brass has grown here, difficult bolt close, tried max full length sizing, over setting back shoulders, like 6thou, 2 diff dies. No luck. Is there a way to fix this ? Like a small base die or using a 308 for 6br.

See the light colored line above the extractor groove in the pic. Calipers will measure .200 ...only datum line I'm aware of.I'm just following the discussion, but not familiar with "200" line and datum line.
Do I have it right they are the same point on the case? And, they are 0.200 inches above the base of the case?
Also, there's another datum line where case 'headspace' is measured, yes?
Thanks!
All the way to the extractor groove ?
I've not seen a production die go that far down.... Idk
