280 AI bushing help

I've got a couple of 280AI and I need to know what bushing to start with. Once I get some fired rounds I can measure some stuff and calculate some what not and roll from there. Just need an initial push. I was thinking 308-310. Btw I don't know the reamer nk size and am trying to use some 280noslwr brass. As far as I can tell the 280AI Nosler has disappeared.

if u have a FL die and no bushing, i'd run a piece or two through the FL die and then load bullets, then measure loaded neck dia, and subtract however much for the amount of tension you want to start at.

on standard neck nosler try starting with a 312 or 311, that is what i use with good results

Thanks guys. I found some info on the gun in the back of my reloading journal. nk is 312. Kinda tight I think. I'm about to order some dies and just wanted a bushing or two to get started.

normally u go .002 less than ND on the bushing. yeah .312 is a tight neck. my 280AI is a .311 ND
