Is it possible yes. It's going to be a long time before there will be any components available. They have millions and millions of rounds of ammo to build. The loaded ammo may be out in limited quantities.
Sig has the NON-Hybrid loaded ammo in stock. 135 gr
They also sell the Hybrid case loaded ammo with 150 gr bullet but it's not in stock.
I will pass on this stuff.
Wold be OK for hunting, since my hunting rifles see little use, thus a barrel should last me a lifetime. But 80,000 psi in a target rifle = 4 barrels a year (150 gr @ 3,120 fps from 24" stick according to Sig)

You could do it, but a WSM or WM will get you the same velocity.
