My sd numbers have gone up after every reload. Same H4350 charge, Petersen brass, cci large rifle primers. Annealed, cleaned, trimmed. Barnes 130 ttsx bullets. Same Oal. Someone said it was neck tension. Any suggestions?

I do anneal. Is there a die to turn the neck or straighten? I’II look into it.Size your brass
turn your brass necks for a cleanup pass
Anneal your brass necks
Size again to ensure necks are straight

At least anneal your brass

Necks should be plenty "straight" after fire forming. . . .at least until they're put through a sizing die. Often, the sizing process will make them less straight.or straighten? I’II look into it.
No die used to cut "Turn" the necksI do anneal. Is there a die to turn the neck or straighten? I’II look into it.

Personally I would take ten cases and “stop” annealing for at least a few cycles and compare those to the data you have now.I do anneal. Is there a die to turn the neck or straighten? I’II look into it.
