Hodgden shows max velocity of 'only' 3000 or so fps with a 140 gr. ( http://www.hodgdonreloading.com/data/rifle ) This might be a starting point for you with Retumbo.

I am having success with RE25, RE33, RETUMBO & H1000 depending
Really would like to try US869, but there is no supply here.
I have H50BMG, but no data or starting point.
I recently emailed Alliant regarding RE33 & RE26 in this cartridge, they have no data for RE26 or RE33 at this time. They referred me to Lyman’s latest manual.
