260rem strange CBTO RDF vs Berger Hybrid

So I'm working up a load for Nosler RDF 140gr in my 260 rem. My previous load was 44.1gr 4831sc with a berger hybrid 140gr seated to 2.230 (30 thou jump). CBTO seems ballpark with what other people are seeing in the forum.

I gauged the RDF and they are 2.130 which seems strange. With 30 thou jump they seat quite deeply into the case. Is the RDF profile really that radically different from the berger hybrid that they would be expected to seat that deeply?

I ran the RDF at 2.304 for .030 off and the Berger 140VLDT at 2.325 for .010 off in my 260AI old barrel. I never shot the hybrids. The RDF were 2.980" coal at touch and the 140VLDT were 2.997" coal at touch.
