.260AI brass--where to find???

I just bought a Shilen .260AI barrel & I'd like to buy or trade for 1-2 .260AI brass cases. I'm going to need to headspace & am hoping these will help me do so...

I know these are not "factory made" but does anybody know where I might obtain a few pieces?

Not a good idea to use someone else's Improved cases as a headspace gauge. Just use new 260 Rem cases. They should be a crush fit in your chamber, or about .004" short headspace.

A 260 Rem GO Gauge is a 260 AI NO GO Gauge.

+1 to what Ray said. Get a 260 A.I. "go" guage and use the standard 260 "go" guage as the "no-go". There should be about
.004" crush on standard 260 case in the Ackley chamber--Mike

The Datum line is the same for the 260 Rem. as it is for the 260 Ack.You could use a Rem 260 case. Thats why you can shoot 260 in a 260 Ack chamber
