260 rem with 123gr Scenars H4350, advice please

Hello 260 shooters,
just got my tactical gun from KMW. Looking to work up some loads. Standard 260 rem match chamber. I have a bunch of H4350 and I want to work up some loads with a Lapua Scenar 123gr. I am thinking somewhere 2950-3050 fps. I have R-P brass and Fed 210M. Has anyone had any luck with the 123gr tips? BTW, 26" Krieger 1 in 8". thanks ahead of time.

H4350 and Lapua Scenar 123s was my favorite load in a .260 Rem. In a 24" bbl, I was able to get 2960 fps with Lapua and Norma brass necked up. ES and SD was extremely low, using Fed 205 primers. No reason not to try the CCIs though. I would start at 41.5gr and work up. I found a huge difference between two lots of H4350. I maxed at 42.0 with one cannister. Other guys are running as much as 44.0.

RL19 is another good choice for the 260 with 123s. If you're not happy with the Scenars, try the new Sierra 123s. Same design, slightly larger,fatter) shank diameter. The Krieger might show a preference for the fatter Sierras.
