I have a 22 CM,when bbl is burned out. I'm thinking of a 25 CM. But then the 25 RPM came out, I'd have to buy a new rifle for that? Is the extra 100FPS worth it?

thats a question each person will have to determine for themselvesI have a 22 CM,when bbl is burned out. I'm thinking of a 25 CM. But then the 25 RPM came out, I'd have to buy a new rifle for that? Is the extra 100FPS worth it?
All around use, recoil and barrel life the 25 CM is kind of a Goldilocks cartridge. If I was looking for more performance then a 25 CM could provide AND I needed to buy something new to make it happen I'd look at something like the 25-6.5PRC, 25 RSAUM, 25 Western, 25 WSM, or 25-7PRC. No factory ammo for any of them and you'll need to have one built but they are all just straight necked down cartridges with top shelf brass available for them and easy to obtain bushing dies.I have a 22 CM,when bbl is burned out. That's what I had my 25 RSAUM built on and because they're cut for the long 3.18magazines I used Unknown Munitions det. mag setup that allows me a OAL of up to 3.150 which gives me more then enough room.I have a Bat Igniter action. It fits a 6.5 PRC nicely.
