OK, I had plans to build a 6mmCM on a Remington Model 7 action for Whitetailed deer in the Southeast. The more I read about the .25 CM the more I like. I plan on going with a 20 inch barrel as I hunt at times in deer blinds I have at a few locations at my Virginia farm. Long barreled rifles I have found can be a bit cumbersome in a blind or at least mine. I think I am going with size larger than the factory barrel and still be a joy when still hunting. Does anyone here have any experience with a short barreled .25 Creedmoor? Please I am talking 20 inch barrels.
