I need a little advice here. I have a 25-06 with the neck chambered at .290 and a load round at .284 with Winchester brass. The brass neck thickness is inconsistent, so turning the neck to me may be out of the question. When trying to neck size the brass, seating pressures fluctuate due to the neck thickness. Do you think it would be good to resize the brass and get an expander mandrel made around .255 and expand the neck back up then seat the bullets? I was thinking that with there being .005 from chamber to loaded round that neck thickness would not hurt accuracy. Thanks Alot for your time. Anthony
