I want to try some 85g Sierra btsp and 100g Hornady btsp with Stabal 6.5. We did work up a load with "a Remington Varmint in 243 Win with 100g Hornady with R#26, cci 250. The Accuracy load was right at 3150 fps.
There is no telling how many deer and hogs my family has killed with a 100g Hornady BTSP, but the Hornady 100g flat base is one of my all time favorites in the 9.25" twist. 95g Partitions have proven to be very accurate with a near max load of IMR 4831(Rem 9 1/2) in multiple 243's of various makes, with the accuracy node being right at 3150 fps with 5/8" accuracy, jumping a little to the lands.
