243AI and HS Precision mag

Looking at building a 243AI to shoot 105 a-max.
My question is will they fit into the detachable box mag in the HS Precision Rem 700 detachable without deep seating the projectile or will i have to go to the Wyatt length box mag?

Hello, I have just built a 700 SA Remington in .243 Ackley. I used a 9.4 twist Rock Creek barrel in #4 contour. I converted mine to a single shot because of bullet length. I can use the magazine but the bullet does extend into the shoulder area.

This barrel likes Winchester 760 powder with the lighter bullets and H4831SC with the >95 grain bullets. I haven't shot mine much, but I believe that it is going to be a great shooter. James Mock
