.243 Win 75 V-max Load

Just starting to load for my .243 Win, got some 75 grain hornady v-max and varget powder... any suggestions on load data for varget or any other powder? 75 load data seems to be hard to come by.
Thanks

I don't know about varget but I've love 75 Vmax over 39.2 gr of RL15, WLR, Lapua Case, OAL out of the Hornady 7th. That load has shot under 1/2 MOA in 3 of my 243's (2 of them are light barreled AR10's for yote hunting) In the heavy barrel rifle (just a thrown together Savage with a McGowen 28" 1-8 pre-fit) that load shot single hole 5 shot groups all day long, 1.25" @ 400 till about 1000 rds.

It would have been helpful if you'd have included your barrel length and twist rate....

So as a point of referance, mine is a 26" 1-10 twist. Try carefully working up to around 44gr. of either N550 or R-17. I use Rem 9 1/2 primers and Norma or Winchester brass. Works great for me. Let us know how it turns out. WD

HOt load of IMR 4064 with a fed primer, bullet touching the lands. I use a Bonanza/Forester neck sizer to bump shoulders after firing this load, velocity is 3400 fps + with great accuracy.

A load in the 3300 fps area is 44.5g of Win 760 with a fed 210 primer in a 9 1/4 inch twist.

Greetings,
I have had great luck and results with the Sierra 75gr HP over 38.0gr Varget. Very good coyoyte combo and shoots less than 1/2 moa in my 10 twist Shilen.
Good luck,
John
