243 AI load help

I have been shooting both the straight 243 and the 6SLR for a number of years, although neither recently. I recently came across a deal that was a turn key operation in 243AI. I want to shoot this for my M-R prone cartridge in one of my rifles, 1-7.75 twist 32" long using 105 JLK bullets. The second rifle is a a Rem. varmint configuration with a 1-8" Brux, 28" long and shooting 105 Hornady A-max bullets. Can any of you AI fans on here get me in the ball park with some of your favorite loads?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a good place to start. http://www.accurateshooter.com/cartridge-guides/243win/

243 AI info is toward bottom of page, including load data.

I am shooting 48grs of H4831 with 105VLD 5ths jam and testing Seirra 107 MK Jumping 15 to 20ths off, both are shooting well. As with any gun start lower and work up. I started at 46grs. Speed is a little over 3,200fps out of 26 inch barrel.

I tried H-1000, but can't stuff enough powder in there to get it up to AI speed.

Reloader 25 46.1 grains with 105 Berger 0.020 into lands Federal 210 match primer. 3340 fps in my 28 inch krieger 1x8 twist. Toasted the barrel in 1100 rounds. Put on a Barlein 1x7.5 last week. Im shooting DTAC 115 with same Reloader 25 at 46.0 grains and working up higher this week. No pressure signs so far and groups are improving the higher i go. Shoot two sub 0.3's, not bad after 18 rounds through new barrel cleaning every 3 rounds. Scott

While my F-TR rifle was getting a new barrel, I played briefly with a a 6mm Competition Match (.243 with a 31 degree shoulder) It had a 28" Bartlein and a 1:7.5 twist. 38.4 grains of IMR 8208xbr with a Berger 105 hybrid at .010 off the lands gave me a 3050 fps average and pretty good groups. But when my 308 came back I put the 6mm away.
