Barns or Bart’s???
If you want match bullets you need your contact one of the custom bullet makers. BART’s are great bullets, Bib bullets are great, Ken Hottenstein makes great bullets and there are others.

Maybe he's not shooting benchrest?

Barnes makes 243 68 grain match burners. If they are like their 223 69 grain match burners, 1/2 MOA is easy.

Just don't buy a thou of anything. Just a hundred to find out if your barrel likes them or not. Just like trying to find a brand for your 22RF. Any brand could shoot zero's or be zero's.
