I have a .243 Ackley with a Krieger 5R barrel. I am using Quickload to calculate optimal barrel times. Quickload is out by about 70fps from my chronograph results. I am also concerned about the pressure data I am getting due to this error. Are my pressures higher or lower than stated. I am trying to enter the most accurate data possible to see if this improves my results from Quickload. The cross sectional area of the 5R rifling I expect to be different from the standard rifling profile in the software which is 0.0453 square inches. Can anone tell me the cross sectional area of 5R rifling in .243????
