I have Custom full length bushing resizing die for a 22ppc 100 short, the die will come with a 246 size bushing. The die was custom made several years ago by Jim Carstensen with JLS Precision.
And I have a L.E. Wilson Stainless Steel Chamber Type Micrometer Seater Die for the 22pc 100 short as well.
