22BR loads

I have read as much info as I could find on loads for various weight bullets for the 22BR. Was wondering if anyone has tried 8208XBR with this caliber? Based on burn rates this should be a great powder for the 55-70 grain bullets. Also would like feedback on what primer seems to give best results (I have most of them). Barrel on the rifle is an 8 twist Brux screwed on a Ruger #1. I am mainly looking to use it with 69-75 grain bullets, but want to find a good p-dog load for one of the 55 grain pills as well. Thanks for your info.

saunaking,

8208 is my go to powder for my 8 twist .22BR. I am shooting a 75 A-max at 3000 fps from a 21" barrel. I would start around 25 grains and work from there. CCI-450 is my primer of choice. Good luck. ;D

Regards,
Paul
