22BR Case Forming

Have just acquired a 22BR on a Rem. 40-X action, with only 250rnds thru it, plus 50rnds of ammo ready to go. The rifle came with Niel Jones loading dies, but I have no idea of the process for forming my own brass for this rifle. It is a custom gun, and has a .002 neck clearance. So I know that the necks have to be turned, but that is the extent of what I know about this round. Can someone please help this "newbe" out, and give me some guidance on the process for getting ammo ready for this rifle?

Has the 50 rounds been prepped ready to load, or is it loaded ?
If it's loaded, shoot em up and just reload them again to test.
Unless your doing competition, 50 rounds will last a long time..
If your forming new brass just run it into a 22br die, or like JB1000
mentioned the other day run them into a 6br body die first, and
then into the 22br die. they will then need to be neck turned..
I like to turn them before necking them down, it seems easier
to me...
