Sadly, shows how unappreciated the 225 Win is. Great cartridge and just what the doctor ordered for a single shot varmint rifle.

What GPalman said, plus one! Winchester brought this out as a sort-of modern 219 Zipper in '64, iirc. It is pretty close to the 22-250 for speed (and accuracy). I have an extra HiWall Winchester sitting in my safe. Stick a 1:10" twist 22 caliber barrel on it, and have a potent 500 yard Rockchuck rifle. This is the sort of thing that gets me in trouble...
