Curious as to what their purpose in life is. What brand are they?

I’m thinking maybe Maker bullets.
Another member said they may be another brand but can’t remember.
Someone told me they were for the 5.7x28.
I don’t have any purpose for them.
I bought bullets and powder from an individual these were in the pile.

I was the one who messaged you.....I did a little research. Appears to be the same bullet as the R&R weapons system round RS43.3 [5.7x28mm]. They are a tumble on impact style projectile designed for penetration for personal protection/duty use. Im not sure if they make it themselves or not

Their ammo is pretty expensive, so I think this is probably a pretty good deal on these projectiles!
