223 TIKKA Master Sporter 1:12 > any bullet suggestions ?

This month I developed a pet load with the HDY. 40gr V-max
27.6 IMR8208 CCIBR-4 Lapua brass @ 3630 avg velocity
This load shoots .200" @100 yds
Only 1" or larger group @ 200 yds. AND 3" or larger @ 300 yds.
NOT great 300 yd. accuracy.

My prior pet load was BERGER 52gr. Target
26.9 IMR8208 @ 3400 fps
This load shot a very acceptable 1" @ 300 yds.

The Berger 52gr. target bullet wasnt very coyote fur friendly, even at 300 yds it was fur destructive.
I thought the V-max 40 might be a better alternative but I'm finding poor accuracy.

The current plan is to go back to a 50 or 52 gr. bullet.
Not sure what bullet for best accuracy and least fur damage - any suggestions ? :-\
I'm considering the BERGER Varmint or SIERRA Spitzer

When fox skins were worth selling, I used a 40 gr Speer varmint soft point, it put a very small hole in and i never had an exit.

My Tikka 595 varminter in 223 loves the Sierra 50 grain blitz king.
I launch it with Benchmark.

My suggestion would be a 55 gr Ballistic Tip. The 223 doesn't drive them hard enough to be violent, I shot a few coyotes with them & didn't see anything but minimul damage to the pelt. Also very accurate bullet.

My 700 in .222 Remington shoots 1/2 MOA with the 52 grain Berger. Very fur friendly at its velocity. I'm shooting 23.1 grains of VV N133 but have not chronographed it, sorry. It has a 18 1/2" barrel so velocities are reduced. Maybe you could slow it down a bit, might help. Also I am shooting the Match Target bullet not the Varmint Match.
