223 size and ppc used on some bolt head

Hi
Is it possible to open up a .223 sized bolt head to use PPC sized brass??

It also possible for that same opened up bolt head to keep using 223 sized cases??
or
is it possible to turn down the rims of ppc brass to 223 size and not worry about the bolt head modifications??

Can this turning be done on a case trimmer or does it need to be done in a lathe??

I have a Tikka 595 in 223 that I want to make into a .20 PPC but I still want to have the option of converting it back into a 223 if I ever decide to sell it
