.223 Rem Redding Bushing Sizes

Need some help in the selection of "a minimum number of bushings" for a redding, s-type, full length, bushing die as these bushings appear to be 1/3 the cost of the die. Can someone share the three most popular sizes for .223 rem?

Measure one of your loaded rounds and subtract .004 and that should be your starting point. You have to allow .002 thou for neck tension at minimum and another .002 thou for spring back.

And it's going to depend on the brass you are using. Thin walled requires a smaller diameter, thick walled (like Lapua) larger. Do as jon said & measure a couple loaded rounds, then go for the next 2 or 3 sizes smaller. I use the plain steel bushings at $12 each, so can have a greater selection at the same, or less cost than the titanium & carbide.
