223 Rem freebore?

What freebore do you guys reccomend for bullet weights of 55-75 grs, or is this to much of a compromise for having to much of the 75's in the case and not enough of the 55's in the neck?

Just have a Wylde chamber cut and you will be good to go.

This will be for a bolt gun and was looking for a chamber that is a little snugger, what is the freebore on a Wylde chamber? Thanks

Don't know what the freebore is on the Wylde chamber, but it is designed for up to 80 grain bullets. But the diameter of the freebore area is .2240 to .2245 which is very much tighter than say a Nato 5.56 chamber which is is between .2255 to .2270.

You could simply ask your reamer supplier to grind a reamer with body dimensions suited for a bolt rifle with the Wylde throat - best of both worlds. I doubt there's a throat spec out there that's better suited to your stated needs than the Wylde.
