.223 Match reamer suggestions for bolt gun.

Rem700 SA, Krieger 7.7 twist barrel, will be shooting mostly SMK 80gr bullets out to 1K. Probably use Lapua brass. Looking at the PTG .223 match reamer with .253 neck and .066 freebore. I don't mind turning but how big does the neck have to be for a no-turn? Also, how much freebore should I have for the SMK80's?
I'm confident I could figure this stuff out but I'm trying to tap into the expertise here to perhaps avoid any potential pitfalls. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mine 223ai has a .252 neck and .100 freebore. This is no turn with Lapua gold box and if anything it's a little short for 80vlds. You might be shot to run them with the .169 freebore reamer a lot of guys use

I am having JGS make a reamer up for the Berger 80VLD only. I want the max OAL to be at 2.540 at touch on the rifling and my loaded round will be somewhere at 2.525 with .010-.015 jump, this will still work in my AI mags. The freebore will be at .140 and a .253 neck. The most I do is skim turn the necks to make a loaded round measure .249-.2495.
