.223 lapua flash holes

i just wondering if there is any particular reason why lapua dont use the small flash hole like the BR/PPC in their match .223 brass. I cant see a reason why it cant be done, oviously there is but i cant work it out, any ideas?

Probably because all .223 reloading dies use regular sized decapping pins? Use a nonstandard,smaller) size flash hole, and watch the pins get stuck.
