223 Ackley and 75 & 80 gn loads

I went to the range this morning with a bunch of test loads. 24.5 - 26.5 gns of Varget under a pointed and Bn coated 80 gn Sierra seated about 0.010 off the lands. I am using Lapua brass that I turned the necks on and I am running about .003 neck tension. I wanted to try Varget because I have a boatload of it. I also have a lot of Federal small rifle match primers so that is where I started.
The 26.5 gn load easily put 5 shots inside 1/3 of an inch at 100 yards. It chronographed out at 3010 fps with a low ES. Going to load up a small batch tonight and see how they shoot at 400 and 600 yards. It is will hold 1/2 - 2/3 MOA out to 600 I will stop playing and start loading.
24.5 (2775 fps) also gave me good accuracy, but the ES/SD was too high for my liking. I really appreciate the info Mark, it gave me a place to start.
The above ammo was also loaded on a Dillon 550 and a Prometheus measure.

I run 26.5 in Lapua with the naked 80 gr. A-Max from a 26" 8tw tube. Getting 3100 fps and change and can't tell you how many firings as I haven't lost a case yet. 1/2 MOA, many sub, all day(calm days :
