223 85.5 Berger hybrids inconsistent

I recently rebarrelled my Tikka 223 to a seven twist barrel. I have very few rounds on it at this point. I’m trying to shoot the 85.5 grain Bergers and I have attached a picture of the groups that I have shot with this bullet.
First of all the group with the larger center hole was shot in two sessions of five shots each. Both groups were shot at 100 yds with a cool barrel but at different times. I’m baffled as to why I’m getting a right flyer on my first shot and sometimes on my last shot. I’m also getting a left flyer on my last shot . The second Target is the very first group that I shot with this bullet. All of these had 205M primers, 24.0 grains of Varget and a seating depth of 1.785. It seems to want to shoot well, but I’m not sure why I’m getting these flyers. I weigh all loads Twice, once with a Creedmoor electronic scale and then an old Ohaus 1010 scale that has been consistent for me . If anyone has any idea as to what I should do to fix this, feel free to share it with me . I had hoped to use this rig for longer ranges like 600 and maybe 1000 yds. I’m also trying 80 SMK bullets but haven’t finished. My seating depth is not perfect each time. I’m happy with the velocity.

What kind of velocities are you getting.
S.D. and E.S.?

I'm shooting the 85.5's but in a 28" 7 twist 22 Nosler AR-15.
My groups open up if I go much over 3000fps.
This is a 3 relay 600yd F-Open match.

I shoot mid range F-Class with these bullets. Last outing I shot a 200-17 at 600. But it is a Krieger barrel with the ISSF chamber. Not particularly fast, a bit over 2850 with N140 and CCI br primers. As has been mentioned many times low ES and SD numbers are very difficult to obtain in 223, but mine still shoots very well. That chamber spec is the key IMO.......

Four or 5 shots might not tell you much about S.D.
Your water line is better than your horizontal.
Horizontal @ 100 is probably not the barrel.

Never tried it with the factory 8 twist bbl.
The reason I asked, is there are a lot of things that cause bad groups. Some gun related, some ammo related, and some shooter related. If we knew it shot good before the barrel change it would tell us a lot. Try my known good load and see how it shoots. If it doesnt, ammo is not going to fix it.
