223, 68gr Work-up?

Anyone got a wk-up on 68gr BTHP Hornady?
LC brass, CCI 450M's

Burning, 8208, 4064, 4895 or BLC-2

Thank you so much,

Hey Jon, the manuals I have, don't have crap on 68's.
I've loaded a trial run of 68's with 22.5 gr of XBR and 24 gr. 4064.

Just been using the computer for several years now and going on the powder co., website to get new loads, then experimenting from there and keeping all my records.

Your thought's..?

The last hornady manual lists my favorite BLC-2 at 23.0-25.0 with the 68 bthp hornady. I run them at 23.8 for my ar-15 and they are very accurate. It is listed under 5.56x45 which is the section right after the .223 section. The reason is the factory rifles may have 1 in 12 twist and the leo and military rifles are 1 in7 or 1in9 and will handle the heavier bullets.
