I picked these up on another forum for what I think was a very good deal. They are 1967 vintage, all the same, unfired, new brass. Looks like nice stuff. Made in Holland. Got 140 of them.
I don't know if brass standards back then were on par with our modern stuff, but I'm betting these will be just fine. I can't wait to start a few basic checks for weight and capacity consistency.
This will be necked down for my 20-222. All the brass I've used so far has been Winchester or Remington, mostly older stuff -- a lot of it having been used as 222 before I put this 20 cal together. I also have a hundred new Lapua 222's that I've never tried.
All together, this will probably get me up to a lifetime supply of brass for this rifle, considering what I already have. jd
