Offering 221 Rem. Fireball brass. Newly formed from 1x fired Lake City, swaged primer pockets, annealed and turned necks, to .0130" thickness (same as Nosler), for all chambers. They're nicely made, $85 per 100 Shipped. Payment by PayPal or Check / MO, etc.
Each case is formed as follows:
Redding Forming Die #1
Redding 20VT S die with No Bushing neck down again
Anneal Neck and top of Shoulder
Size with 221 FL body die, final neck down
Use mini-chop saw, cut to length, slightly long
Trim to 1.40" with LE Wilson Case Trimmer
Chamfer & Deburr neck end
Expand inside K&M 22 Caliber Expanding Mandrel
Neck turn K&M Neck Turner to about .0130" thickness (same as Nosler factory)
Chamfer outside of neck again, polish with 0000 steel wool
If you would prefer, I can make you some from Remington, Hornady or Winchester brass.
