221 Fire Ball Brass Neck Differences

I just acquired a new to me Bullberry contender barrel in 221 FB. The person I purchased it from neglected to tell me it has a .249 neck diameter. I can turn the Remington brass if I have to but was wondering if anybody has measured the neck diameter of a loaded round from the newer Norma or Lapua brass? Hoping maybe it's a little smaller and I can avoid the turning process if possible.

My lot of Lapua brass measures .250 with a seated 40 gr. Nosler BT. My Nosler and Norma brass measure .248 with the same bullet.

Looks like the Norma/Nosler brass would still require a little turning but less than the Remington.
