If you wanted to shoot heavier bullets, N-133 might work OK, but N-130 works very well with 40 gr bullets @ around 19 grs.
 
I use rel 7 and lilgun with a 40 vmax, with lilgun I get 3600fps and with rel 7 I get 3525 with great accuracy from a rem 700 lvsf here's a pic

N-133 is to slow for the FB unless your shooting the heavy bullets in it...
Mine all love RL-7 and the 40 grain Ballistic tips, and 7 1/2 primers....
