220 Russian 6ppc

Check neck thickness . If it has to be turned that would cut the value in half for me. For me a max of .50 each if it appeared good and did not need me to turn it.

Sounds like you're buying it blind. Several factors to be considered here. I've purchased reformed, neck-turned, fired 6mm PPC in the past and had no major problems. The first thing I did was full-length size it, measure thickness of the brass at the mouth having to turn some to .085. Then with appropriate measuring tools compared it to what had been fired in my rifle finding that shoulders had to be bumped.
Really no unsolvable difficulty. Lapua brass is really great and with careful prep and handling can endure for a great many reload if not hot-rodded excessively. With the increasing scarcity of brass, the fading interest in the 6MM-PPC, and the astronomical cost for the 6 when you do find it, I'd say that you'd better buy what you can where while you can,
