220 RKT

Was looking at a custom gun today with the barrel marked 220 RKT, I had previously bought a used 40XBR in 220 swift from this dealer. I’m assuming it’s chambered for 220 rocket (essentially 220 swift improved). Short of doing a chamber cast does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? Also where would be the best place to source dies?

That’s what I’m assuming. It’s a gun built on a howa action with I believe a hart barrel. I got the guys number and he’s had it for a while.
