22 seating stem for BR case

Those of you shooting .22 bullets in a wildcat, what are you doing about the seating stem? I ordered 6mm Dasher Redding F/L sizing dies with a 22vld stem. Apparently Redding decided they would make the diameter of the 223 stem different from the 6Dasher.

The 6Dasher stem is close, so I may just drill out the stem so it doesn't push on the meplat. Any other suggestions?
