Like my Cooper .22PPC a lot. I'm sure if Cooper still has the reamer they will make you one.Also check GunBroker for a RugerVT in .22PPC,they are rare and pricey but do show up once in awhile.A Sako would be nice too,if you could find one.
Of course you can have an awesome custom built for not too much more money.
