22 PPC load for 69 TMK

I have a 22 PPC with a 1:9" twist rate and I'm looking for a good load using the Sierra 69 grain Tipped MatchKing. I have plenty of H322, Varget, and H335. Has anyone tried heavy bullets in 22 PPC? I can probably start with .223 Rem. loads and work up, but I'm open to suggestion.
