22 LR, Tuners , and Temperature change?

Shooting 22LR. I haven't had the opportunity to shoot my rifle in low wind conditions, in the higher temperatures. I had shot and adjusted my Tuner in 30 Degree temperatures. I found a great setting producing a small group. I will be shooting in warmer temperatures now, Should I go Out and Retest for group size now that the temperatures have warmed up 40-45 degrees? I am new to shooting with a Tuner having just put one on my rifle in February. Should I be expecting Tuner adjustments as temperatures change say by 20 degree increments?

It depends on how confident you are on the tuner setting you set in February. every rifle I have tuned once I was confident on the setting has never been touched. my oldest is about 10 years now the tuner was set and hasn't been touched. I also prefer to tune during the cooler/colder months since I feel ammo consistency is better as powder burn rate is more stable at lower temperatures.
I shoot year-round from high 30's-low 40's to 100+

IMO I would not trust a tune in those temps. Maybe, but I’d verify and/ or re tune when it hits 60-70 .
Lee is perhaps an outier with cold weather results, maybe it’s desert air.
Like him, however, my guns set with good tune…..never touched.
Far too often, guys miss shots and immediately reach for the tuner.

Tim,
You might be right as I shoot in single digit humidity 95% of the time. but as I understand it powder will burn at different rates with temperature swings, I think higher temperatures cause the wildest swings on the burn rate. this is the reason for choosing to tune in cooler/colder ideally low 50's to high 50's but have tuned in the low to high 40's
also, I use tuners that weigh under 5-oz. average weight 4.5-oz. not sure how this has an effect.

One of the mysteries of RF I guess. Myself, and a few top guns I know, up/down the Eastern seaboard…. Std weight Harrels, now PQP without issue for years……except last week, our first IR match…..a real shit show, 15-16mph, instantly switching from 3 to 9 with lots of swirl. Sometimes you just hang your head and weep!
Our range, in CF, Tony Boyer hated, claimed it was the most frustrating he ever shot !

Wind you say, last 3 matches the wind has been rather brutal. this month's ARA it was sustained 15-20 mph with gust of 35+ as well as constant change in direction. I think when the conditions are like that, for me I try and keep my mental game intact and do the best I can. the aforementioned match I heard guys afterwards saying they tried 4 different lots of ammo, I didn't have the heart to tell it wasn't anything to do with ammo as to why they had a hard time scoring well. besides I don't think they would have agreed.

Thanks Everyone for sharing your knowledge and experience. I will get back out and retest
when the winds die down to low velocities. I will be looking to retest at appx 65-75 degrees.
I'm looking forward to retesting and learning if there will be changes.

The temperature sensitivity is minimal when you find a good node. Find it and stay there as mentioned above. One or two clicks either side of this setting will adjust for 30 degree F changes. I find this to be the case with my tuners (Harrell and PQP). I tuned at 65 to 70. In the early morning when it's cool, I can get some vertical tuning (.2 MOA) by going down a click, maybe two. As the day warms, I go up a click or two. Mostly I don't touch it per Bill Calfee.
