.22 K-Hornet loading advice?

Anybody got any advice on loading the .22 K-Hornet? I have an OLD Winchester 43 that has been rechambered from Hornet to K-Hornet and I could use some advice loading for this thing. Powder is the main question I have for this tiny case. Also anybody know anything about fire forming cases with cream of wheat? .22 Hornet factory loads ain't cheap! Thanks in advance for any help.

KM:
No problems with fire forming just load up the Hornet and shoot in the Kilborn chamber.
I would suggest that you use either 4198 or 4227 for powder, or in a remote case you might be able to find 680 and find some loading data for that powder.
