22 CM or 22 dasher

Just wondering I just received another barrel from Krieger 8 twist just can’t decide which direction to go for coyote rifle . Have 22 CM barrel on the rifle now but will have to decide for the next chambering. What you guy think?

New to 22 bra, but after exhaustive reading and research, I wish I had jumped on this cartridge a long time ago...as for brass, that ship has sailed. Buy what you use, or can fire form as available and put it back. The days of going with a new cartridge (or rifle) in a hurry are gone,now it is a months long process just to put the component's together ! Just placed an order for a 26" 22arc ar15 barrel, 6-8 months out, found 100 6 arc brass, and probably won't see factory brass for months. Build the cartridge that will give the longest bbl life at the performance you need....may be awhile to replace it if you're not happy with it !! rsbhunter

Grafs has Peterson 6br brass in stock. Apparently, it shoots the same as Lapua. So said Bart Sauer.

Have you thought about the 22 GT? Close to 22 creed performance with less powder. Alpha makes excellent 22GT brass also. Barrel life is supposed to be much longer than 22 creed.…????

22 BRA, hands down, for every reason, speed accuracy, more powder choices, less finicky, barrel life, and everything else.

Lapua is apparently going to start offering 6 GT in the fall. This might be a good option for the coyote shooter as shots are not fired as often as say during a match or at colony varmints. A simply neck down to 22 should not be too tough and feeding may be a bit better than the Dasher or Bra.Just my 02, not sure if I would change from your 22CM unless you just want something different.

I like the 22x47 Lapua option, although the 22BRA is going to be hard to beat unless you have feeding issues.
