It depends on the individual rifle but you sure can get awful close with AA-2520.
AA-2460 has a better edge as far as speed is concerned, and they are both a very good powder. 2520 has been know to vary a lot from batch to batch, and every time I buy 8#'s new I check it at a lower weight than I used previously to be sure.
